For purchases made as an individual buying goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, according to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase for any reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the date of product delivery. To exercise this right, we must receive communication within the terms, via registered mail to: Faces s.r.l.s. with registered office at Via della Scala 16/A – 00153 Rome – ITALY. To help us process the withdrawal, please indicate the order number, the product you wish to return, and the bank details for the refund. Within fourteen (14) working days from delivery, the product you wish to return must be sent back at your care and expense.

Conditions for validity of withdrawal:

• the goods must be returned intact, not used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, complete with all parts and in the original packaging
• the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety, it must be intact and returned in the original packaging; therefore, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, attachments, etc…)
• in all cases, avoid placing labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product

The product will be examined upon arrival at our warehouses to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If necessary, once the condition of the product is verified (e.g., the packaging and/or original wrapping are damaged), www.facestshirt.com will withhold a percentage from the refund due, as a contribution to restoration costs. Except for any restoration costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, www.facestshirt.com will provide a full refund of the amount already paid for the purchase of the goods, within 14 days of the return of the item. In the case of expiration/invalidity of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at your disposal for collection (at your complete expense) at our premises, which will notify you accordingly.
